Presenting Sponsor Of First Night® Raleigh And Artsplosure The Raleigh Arts Festival

$25,000

The highest level of sponsor recognition including:

  • Prominent logo placement on all festival-related publications and marketing materials, including official program guides, posters, volunteer recruitment postcards and First Night Raleigh point-of-purchase materials.

  • Company links on Artsplosure’s three web sites (artsplosure.org, firstnightraleigh.com, and raleighartsfestival.com)

  • Company logo on main stage banners and signs at each festival

  • Company logo on all large format newspaper and periodical advertising; company listed on small format advertising

  • Company logo in one version of television spot

  • An information booth at both festivals

  • Numerous acknowledgements from Main Stage during the course of the festivals, and opportunity to address audience from Main Stage

Feature Program Sponsor

$4,000 To $8,000

Company receives title recognition of a feature activity, such as Kidsplosure, The Art Market or a special large-scale art installation at Artsplosure; or the Children’s Celebration, Early Countdown, Fireworks at Midnight or the People’s Procession at First Night Raleigh.

Benefits include:

  • Logo in tertiary position to Presenting Sponsors on all festival-related publications and marketing materials

  • Company links on either raleighartsfestival.com or firstnightraleigh.com

  • Company logo on feature activity banners and signs

  • Company logo in third position on all large format newspaper and periodical advertising; company listed on small format advertising

Activity Sponsor

$1,000 To $3,000

Activities can be one of 30 performance or interactive venues at First Night Raleigh, a commissioned visual art installation or activity at either festival or an educational outreach initiative.

Benefits include:

  • Acknowledgement in the festival program guide

  • Logo on on-site signs at the activity

  • If applicable, periodic acknowledgements from stage at site

  • Invitations to festival sponsor and patron receptions

  • If applicable, 10 First Night Raleigh Admission buttons with additional buttons offered at a discount

  • One festival t-shirt or comparable festival memento

Exhibitor

$1,000 To $3,500

Artsplosure allows a limited number of commercial entities opportunities to test market products or services or prospecting for clients in a high traffic location within the festival footprint. No sales are permitted. Price is determined by traffic volume potential and size of the exhibitor’s self-contained display or booth.

In addition, the exhibitor receives:

  • A complimentary 10 X 10 foot tent. Charges apply to larger tents

  • Acknowledgement in the festival brochure as a general sponsor

  • One festival t-shirt or comparable festival memento
