Introducing the Finalists of Artsplosure's Call for Muralists for Dreamville Fest 2023!
We're excited to announce the talented finalists of our call for muralists for the upcoming Dreamville Fest 2023! We received so many amazing applications, and we know it was incredibly tough for the Dreamville crew to choose from such a talented pool of artists. But without further ado, we present to you the final three muralists who will showcase their artwork at the Dreamville Fest 2023:
Georgie Nakima: Georgie Nakima is a self-taught artist who uses her work to uplift and amplify the voices of the Diaspora through Afrofuturism. Her pieces explore color theory and geometric motifs to challenge the basics of realism through the power of identity and imagination. We're thrilled to have her on board for Dreamville Fest 2023!

Gustavo Soto: Gustavo Soto is a multidisciplinary artist whose work ranges from photography, graphic design, motion graphics, and visual arts. As a native of North Carolina, Soto is excited to represent the culture of his home state at Dreamville Fest 2023, where he will share his unique artwork with the world.

Frankie Zombie: Forbes-featured artist Frankie Zombie is known for his focus on contemporary abstract art forms, thought-provoking murals, and philanthropy. His artwork has been enjoyed by some of the world's beloved moguls, including Pharrell Williams, Miley Cyrus, and Celine Dion, as well as networks like TNT, HBO, BET, and the NBA. Frankie's art forms were birthed through a deep form of expression through text, touching on topics such as spirituality, racism, politics, mental, physical, and emotional health, and several other topics that provoke healthy conversation and understanding amongst people.
